Global Partners has signed a deal with Marriott International to build two branded home projects in Dubai Creek. The agreement forms part of the developer's second flagship real estate fund. Both firms signed it at the OCTA Properties sales center, which handles sales and marketing for the two projects. The launch gives buyers two new options to weigh in a waterfront district that keeps drawing steady demand.
Two Famous Hotel Brands Lead the Project
The project brings two home concepts drawn from Marriott's best-known hotel brands. Marriott Westin By Octa offers a wellness-led way of living, and its homes focus on health, balance, and calm daily routines. Marriott Renaissance By Octa takes a bolder path, and it suits buyers who want energy, culture, and strong character at home.
Located side by side, the two projects give one community two clear moods. One feels calm, while the other feels lively. Each home reflects the spirit of its brand. Together, they let a household pick a mood rather than settle for one style. Branded residences in Dubai also carry set service standards, and that track record often supports resale value and rental yield across the Dubai market.
A Community Built for Wellness and Easy Access
Both projects are inside a larger Dubai Creek masterplan. Health and wellness venues anchor the community, and luxury hotels and a walkable public realm are close by. Shaded walkways, open green space, and shared amenities tie the plan together. The layout blends homes, offices, and leisure in one place, so residents can live, work, and relax without leaving the district.
Easy access adds to the appeal. The homes are near schools, clinics, and major transport links. Those links include the planned Etihad Rail, a future Metro station, and the RTA water taxi. Such connections help both end users and long-term investors who value quick, simple travel. Buyers who plan to lease their units also gain from this wide reach across the city.
The launch fits the wider shift along this waterfront strip. Nearby projects such as Dubai Creek Gardens by OCTA Properties show a clear pull toward green, wellness-led design. This growing cluster of projects lifts the whole district's profile. Bader Saeed Hareb, Executive Chairman of Global Partners Property Fund II, said home demand in Dubai now feels more purposeful and more focused on wellness. He added that the deal supports this move toward mindful living.
Jaidev Menezes, Regional Vice President for Mixed-Use Development across EMEA at Marriott International, said these mark the first Westin and Renaissance-branded homes in the United Arab Emirates. He noted that Renaissance owners can expect a life shaped by discovery. Westin owners, he said, will find homes built around wellness.
