Dubai Residential Property Prepares For Record-Breaking Summer Rentals

The summer months are becoming very popular for short-term rentals in Dubai. Property management company Frank Porter expects record demand for summer lets. Dubai welcomed over 17 million visitors last year, and 2024 numbers are strong.

Many tourists are drawn to Dubai when summer temperatures rise in European beach destinations. Rising costs there are pushing travelers to consider more affordable Dubai. The city offers plenty to do, even in the heat. Large malls provide air-conditioned shopping, dining and entertainment. Over 800 hotels have pools to cool off in. Indoor theme parks and attractions make summer visits appealing.

Dubai works hard all year to attract tourists. The government’s goal is for tourism to contribute $122 billion annually by 2031. Summer campaigns aim to bring in even bigger crowds. Deals like “kids free” and dining promotions incentivise visiting in the warmer months. Neighboring Emirates like Abu Dhabi and Ras Al Khaimah also see more travelers.

Short-term rentals prove convenient for summer trips. While hotel prices dip slightly, apartments remain very affordable. A rented home offers a comfortable place to relax on long vacations. Families especially like short lets for more space and amenities than hotels.

Many summer visitors combine work with pleasure now that remote jobs are common. Long school holidays allow extended workcations too. Rentals with separate living and workspaces suit these hybrid travellers best.

Frank Porter CEO Anna Skigin expects their summer bookings to break records. Rental guests will enjoy everything Dubai has to offer. Whether someone travels solo or with loved ones, properties for every need provide a “home away from home” during hot summer breaks in Dubai.
