When a developer like Emaar announces a new project, everyone become stuns, the market is buzzing around it. This time same thing is also happening; Emaar’s new project “Emaar Hills” in MBR city is gaining the same type of attention. • Young Families Cluster: A highly connected neighborhood tailored specifically for new households.

• Family Living Zone: A quieter residential area offering larger plots and integrated community amenities.

• Exclusive Villa Enclave: A private, gated section containing premium five- and six-bedroom signature villas and custom mansions.

Strategic Architecture and Green Spaces

The residential architecture offers a series of high-rise residential towers & low-density villa enclaves. High-rise towers are positioned to dominate the new skyline, but more importantly, they are angled to capture specific views. Depending on the unit, residents will look directly out over the Burj Khalifa, the Burj Al Arab, or the Palm Jumeirah. Down at street level, a primary high street serves as a walkable artery where you immediately access boutique shops, restaurants, and cultural spaces.
