Emaar Hills in MBR City is a new master-planned development. While the exact cluster-by-cluster payment plans are formally finalized upon their respective launches, they are all expected to follow the standard 80:20 construction linked payment structure.

1. The Booking (Down Payment)

  • What you pay: 10% of the total property price.
  • When: Right away to book your preferred unit.
  • Note: You also have to pay the standard 4% DLD with the booking amount.

2. During Construction

  • What you Pay: Around 70% of the total property price.
  • When: This is divided into smaller installments of 10% each. You have to pay these installments every few months as the developer achieves a fixed construction milestone.

3. On Handover (Completion)

  • What you pay: The final 20% balance.
