Sobha City Phase 1 - Master Plan

The phase 1 of Sobha City Abu Dhabi master plan is designed to offer a low-density and nature-centric community. As a part of 38 million square foot development, this phase is anchored by an urban forest featuring over 50,000 trees with 60% of the total land is dedicated to the open green spaces. Sobha City Abu Dhabi phase 1 is divided into three clusters - River Cove, The Terraces and The Orchard featuring apartments, townhouses and villas respectively.
