ADREC Opens Real Estate Transaction Centre & Customer Service Hall

Abu Dhabi Real Estate Centre (ADREC) has declared the debut of its newly established Transaction Centre for Real Estate and Customer Service Hall, which is positioned in Abu Dhabi, Al Markaziyah, the blooming head of this organization.

These two lure customers to develop their experience anytime they are being served by any parties related to Abu Dhabi’s realty industry. They are expected to help realize this aim because, according to ADREC, they will enable more effectiveness besides adding worth and convenience for all who might want to transact business within or without its jurisdictions in the future.

It was in November 2023 that ADREC was headquartered and opened its doors for business after being launched under the aegis of Department Municipalities Transport – this emirate’s realty sector’s custodian & regulatory authority.

Mohamed Ali Al Shorafa, Chairman of DMT, stated that 2024 will be an instrumental year for shaping the future of Abu Dhabi Real Estate . He said ADREC looks forward to engaging with stakeholders to build a future-ready real estate landscape focused on customer needs.

Rashed Al Omaira, Acting Director General of ADREC, said placing the Transaction Centre and Customer Service Hall together will increase value, efficiency, and convenience for real estate operators in Abu Dhabi.

The facilities provide accessible in-person and online services through Abu Dhabi Digital Government’s TAMM platform. Services include overseeing land, construction, licensing, contracts, certification, consulting, loans, and more.

ADREC has an extensive strategy focused on four key pillars – Real Estate Strategy, Promotion, Regulation, and Transactions Management. The goal is to accelerate growth across Abu Dhabi’s real estate ecosystem.

Senior DMT and ADREC officials toured the new headquarters and facilities. They indicated that more details will be announced on how ADREC aims to transform Abu Dhabi’s real estate sector in the future.

The opening of the Transaction Centre and Customer Service Hall represents progress for ADREC’s mission to unify, strengthen and enhance efficiency within Abu Dhabi’s real estate sector. With improved oversight and transparency, ADREC seeks to better support residents, investors, companies and professionals engaged in real estate transactions.
