This plan begins with 5% down payment - also known as an EOI (Expression Of Interest) to book a specific unit number at the initial launch price. The next phase of this payment plan occurs when the development hits the 30% construction milestone, at which time you have to pay 15% of the purchase price. Afterwards you pay the next 15% of the purchase price at the 60 and 90% construction milestones. By this time you will have completed a total 50% of the price, leaving the remaining 50% balance due upon completion and key delivery of your home.

This is the payment structure most preferred by the real estate investors. Under this plan, you only pay 70% of the property price by the time of handover and the remaining 30% is deferred across three years after completion.
