UAE Cabinet Invests AED 2 Billion in 2,618 Housing Units

Their realization in the first half of 2024, they will have more than AED 2 billion invested and much more to be invested through many new initiatives

Out of 2,618 approvals, 631 were on housing grants amounting to AED 430.922 million , while the remaining 1,987 are for housing loans and financing worth AED 1.597 billion.
