Azizi Developments said it has achieved high milestones in constructing its Beachfront development in Riviera, a French-Mediterranean-inspired waterfront community located in MBR City. The project now stands at 38 percent completion.
At the beachfront, achieved 90% completion of the structural work, the blockwork stood at 33%, internal plastering at 12%, mechanical HVAC at 20%, and electrical MEP systems at 10%. There is a total number of 2100 workers on site, and the project is right on track to meet its scheduled completion by Q3 2025.
Located in MBR City, Riviera Beachfront will consist of three 20-storey towers offering a total of 555 units, including studios, one- and two-bedroom homes, and retail. The development is set on a 2.7-kilometre swimmable crystal lagoon, with residents having direct beach access, swimming pools, landscaped surroundings, gyms, BBQ areas, children’s play areas, and yoga spaces—housing a handful of luxury amenities.
The sales gallery of Azizi is located on the 13th floor of the Conrad Hotel on Sheikh Zayed Road and can be visited by prospective buyers and investors.
The Chief Development Officer of Azizi Developments, Mohamed Ragheb Hussein, said, “We are pleased with the progress at the Beachfront in Riviera. It is on every front a showcase of our commitment to the creation and timely delivery of high-quality, luxury homes. We expect even more rapid progress in the coming months as we approach completion of this landmark project.”
