Nakheel Partners with Global Architects To Redefine Luxury On Palm Jebel Ali

Nakheel, the iconic developer behind some of the UAE’s most ambitious projects, has teamed up with six internationally acclaimed architecture firms to create 10 exclusive beachfront mansions on Palm Jebel Ali. The new development, aptly named The Beach Collection, will feature a limited number of ultra-luxurious villas ranging from 7,300 to 8,500 square feet. These homes with five- and six-bedrooms proposed to represent the highest level of sophistication on the fusion of the most recent design with strong links to the natural environment.

As an integral part of the overall Palm Jebel Ali development, these villas will be located on a development area of 13.4 km over seven islands. This visionary concept is not only one of luxury but will also include sustainability and smart city integration. It is also aligned with Dubai’s 2040 Urban Master Plan and the ambitious Economic Agenda D33.

A Collaboration of Architectural Titans

To guarantee that every villa is a masterpiece, Nakheel has invited some of the world’s and regional architecture firms. The collaboration consists of US-based WATG, South Africa’s SAOTA, as well as regional powerhouse architects such as NAGA Architects and LW Design Group. Each firm brings its unique perspective and design philosophy to the table.

For instance, WATG’s Baia Luna and Crystal Springs villas will offer three styles—minimal, elegant, and dynamic—catering to diverse tastes and preferences. In the meantime, thanks to SAOTA’s, Ocean Whisper and Bluejay villas inspired from Dubai’s unique positioning between ocean and desert.

Expanding Dubai’s Coastline

Beyond being a real estate project, Palm Jebel Ali is a radical expansion to the waterfront of Dubai. By adding over 90 kilometers of beachfront and 16 fronds to its waterfront portfolio, Dubai is not only expanding its physical boundaries but also cementing its status as a global destination for luxury living.

The project highlights Dubai’s westward push into the Jebel Ali district, thereby establishing a new growth corridor that holds the potential to draw both residents and investors. Designed as a mixed-use, pedestrian-friendly development, Palm Jebel Ali will incorporate smart city technologies and sustainable practices, setting new benchmarks for urban living.
