Dubai Marina Gets A $1 Billion Boost From Select Group

One of Dubai’s leading developers, Select Group, has awarded Arabian Construction Company a major construction contract for its iconic Six Senses Residences Dubai Marina, valued at over $1 billion. Situated at the heart of Dubai Marina, the 122-storey ultra-luxury tower will constitute a landmark project, blending modern luxury with an unrivaled wellness experience.

The development of the main construction works will commence on November 1, 2024, and it boasts panoramic views of some of Dubai’s most famous attractions: Palm Jumeirah , Dubai Harbour Beachfront, Ain Dubai, and Emirates Golf Course. It boasts more than 61,000 sq. ft. of state-of-the-art fitness and wellness amenities and sets a new threshold for healthily conscious residential living. It features full-service cardio, strength, and functional gyms; virtual cycling and boxing studios; an infinity pool; ice baths; saunas; sound healing rooms; and indoor and outdoor cinemas.

The six Senses Residences will boast 251 residences, from two—to four-bedroom deluxe units, half-floor penthouses, and expansive duplex and triplex Sky Mansions. Every residence is intelligently designed with sustainability and well-being in mind, combining the principles of biophilic design with elements of feng shui to answer the needs of luxury buyers and investors.
