The German-based car manufacturer Porsche Design is denting Asia’s luxury real estate market with an ultra-luxurious residential project called Porsche Design Tower Bangkok. This iconic tower will rise at Sukhumvit 38, one of Bangkok’s most prestigious addresses, under Thai developer Ananda Development.
It will be the first ultra-high-net-worth development in Asia and the third on the planet, following highly successful developments in Miami and Stuttgart. The building features 22 exclusive duplex and quadruplex “sky villas” ranging from 525 sq m to 1,135 sq m, with an average price of $15m and up to $40m.
Construction is expected to start next year and be completed by the end of 2028. “Passion Spaces are ultra-luxurious garages designed to showcase residents’ favourite car collections, while “The Crown” is a rooftop light signature taken from Porsche sports cars, making Bangkok’s skyline mesmerizing.
Lutz Meschke, Deputy Chairman of the Executive Board at Porsche, commented, “I am truly looking forward to the opening of the Porsche Design Tower Bangkok, which will be the world’s third Porsche Design real estate project and the first project in Asia.
This signals that Porsche Design is increasingly focusing on the Asian market, which also targets Branded residences in Dubai and is trying to offer experience-oriented services other than automobile manufacturing. This deal with Ananda Development complements an ideal value chain wherein both brands meet for passion, creativity, and the pursuit of excellence.
The Porsche Design Tower Bangkok will be a pivotal landmark in the capital, merging ideas of luxury, design, and automotive passion under one roof. Ideally located with ultra-luxurious facilities and a well-acclaimed brand, it should have something to offer that select buyer.
