Mike: Dubai Hills Estate has everything you need! Dubai Hills Mall is the top attraction with more than 750 retail outlets, a cinema and numerous dining options. Community parks, walking trails, bicycling tracks, and best schools are just located within the community.

Peter:What about the investment potential?

Mike: Dubai Hills Estate offers 4-5% ROI because the rental property demand is high. Mostly Villa renting between AED 200,000 – AED 600,000 annually. Besides this, non-stop development and its primary location boost property value where you can see a positive steady growth.

Emaar South: An Emerging Gem

Chris: What about something closer to the city but still with that exclusive golf vibe?

Mike : Emaar South would be my recommendation in that circumstance, providing an amazing way of life.
