Aldar Launches Beachfront Living On RAK’s Al Marjan Island

Leading UAE developer Aldar has launched a new beachfront residential development on Al Marjan Island in Ras Al Khaimah. Called Nikki Beach Residences, the project offers residents luxury living alongside a range of leisure amenities in a resort-style community.

Phase one of Nikki Beach Residences will include 357 spacious one to five-bedroom apartments for sale. The apartments will feature large balconies offering panoramic ocean views and sunrise vistas. Serviced apartments are available in furnished and unfurnished options, with average prices for a one-bedroom unit at AED 2.3 million.

The development is situated on Al Marjan Island, one of Ras Al Khaimah’s premier leisure and lifestyle destinations just an hour from Dubai. It provides an ideal investment opportunity for those looking to buy property in Dubai’s northern emirate.

Al Marjan Island boasts 23km of spectacular waterfront promenade and is home to an array of attractions and resorts like Rixos Bab Al Bahr and Doubletree by Hilton. Its proximity to nature spots, Ras Al Khaimah’s historic sites and Dubai make it an ideal location for both long-term living and short-term beach getaways.

Residents can enjoy a lavish beachside lifestyle with amenities such as a clubhouse, gym, yoga deck, kids’ play areas and more. Exclusive privileges will also include access to Nikki Beach’s signature leisure experiences. Sustainability is a key focus, with Aldar aiming for Fitwel and LEED certifications.

Commenting on the launch, Aldar said the development would cater to permanent homeowners and those seeking second homes or short-term rental investment opportunities in Dubai close to the lively beachside setting and amenities Nikki Beach Resort offers. With prestigious residences overlooking the crystal waters of the Arabian Gulf, Nikki Beach Residences is set to redefine luxury seaside living in Ras Al Khaimah.
