Reportage Properties Unveils Spectacular Sales Event in Abu Dhabi

The noted developer Reportage Properties announces a special sales day in Abu Dhabi and unveils their most outstanding projects: where the developer is offering special discounts, down payment and monthly installments.

Recently Reportage Properties participated in the Sharjah Real Estate Exhibition – ACRES 2024 at Expo Center Sharjah where the developer showcased their portfolio of real estate projects presence in both UAE and abroad and offered some special sales on those projects; including 10% discount, 10% down payment, and 1% monthly instalments until handover.

The developer also offers another offer which includes a 5% discount, a 5% down payment and a 1% instalment per month until the handover, as well as the possibility of benefiting from a 15% discount when making a 20% down payment and 1% per month instalments until handover.

At the event, the developers showcased their latest projects’ presence locally and internationally including Royal Park, Masdar City in Abu Dhabi, Reportage Village in Dubai Silvana in Turkey Montenapoleone in Egypt and Vista 3 on Reem Island. There is another advantage associated with these projects is that if investors can pay through cash they will get a 40% discount.

The developer has also announced some noteworthy projects in Dubai such as Taormina Village, Rokan Lofts Phase 3, Verdana Townhouses Phase 3 Reportage Perla Waves & Reportage Perla Prime.

The developer has delivered outstanding projects in the UAE. Last year was an opportune year for the developer where the developer handed over the units in Oasis Residence 1, and nearly 612 apartments have just been delivered.

Similarly, the developer has delivered Al Raha Lofts 1 project in Abu Dhabi which includes 164 residential units and is in its second phase at Al Raha Lofts 2 approximately. 110 residential units have been delivered.
