DAMAC Reveals Progress Update of Safa Two

The much-awaited development by one of the most prestigious developers in Dubai has finally come up with an update. Recently Damac Properties announced the expected completion date of the Safa Two de Grisogono tower project. Investors can expect the project to be completed by 2027. The project, which was designed in partnership with the well-known Swiss jeweller de Grisogono, is progressing gradually and hitting major benchmarks in accordance with its phase-by-phase construction schedule.

According to Damac’s most recent report, the substructure work on the Safa Two de Grisogono tower is presently underway, while the excavation and piling operations have already been successfully finished. The project continues to gain momentum, building upon the success of its predecessor, Safa One de Grisogono.

Damac’s General Manager of Projects, Mohammed Tahaineh, reaffirmed the company’s dedication to keeping its word to clients. He underlined the importance of closely adhering to the estimated building schedule for Safa Two while making sure that best practices are used for a variety of construction methods, techniques, and materials.

Among the standout amenities, Safa Two will showcase a remarkable ‘Fog Forest’ situated at the crown of the tower. This captivating feature will boast lush landscapes and an artificially induced fog, surrounded by laser icon shows, complemented by F&B outlets. Tahaineh further detailed other notable features, such as an artificial beach pool set amidst palm trees on the podium level, creating a tropical oasis ambiance. Moreover, the tower will include a public elevated ‘glass pool,’ adding another layer of luxury and uniqueness to the development.
