ORA Developers have started work on Bayn, a Ghantoot coast community project. With 4.8 million square metres, it is located between Dubai & Abu Dhabi and gives residents the best of both emirates.
The recently held groundbreaking ceremony signifies the forward progress for ORA Developers with their flagship UAE project. Leading EPC contractor in the region, NMDC, is being given the initial works contract for the construction phase.

At peak construction activity, more than 5,000 professionals and workers will be on site. This is a huge undertaking and an example of how ORA Developers are delivering on time.
Construction Timeline and Progress
Already, work is underway to prepare for vertical construction. Phase 1 construction is scheduled to begin in the second quarter of 2026 where it is planned to start delivery by December 2028. Chief Technical Officer at ORA Developers, Amr Abdel Moneim, gave an update on the project. He said ground breaking is the next big step after planning, design, development and site investigations. Signature Showrooms
ORA Developers has opened two Signature showrooms for buyers to see the Bayn project. Those are the showrooms in prime locations:
- Abu Dhabi: Al Qana waterfront destination
