The most crucial project thus far is the DaVinci Tower (DaVinci here as a synonym for Pagani Tower), situated right in the heart of the Business Bay district in Dubai along the water canal.
The ultra-luxury residential project stands sublime in stunning architecture and interiors customized to the buyer’s wishes, with views across to the Burj Khalifa and the bright city skyline.
For both Pagani and Dar Al Arkan, the DaVinci Tower stands as a pinnacle of achievement. It is the first ever residential project with interiors exclusively designed by Pagani, with every tiny detail reflecting the brand’s DNA - Italian craftsmanship, contemporary design, and state of-the-art technology.
The tower comprises 19 residential levels, with a very limited offering of 2–4-bedroom apartments, duplexes, and one super-luxurious globe-shaped penthouse. Each residence features its own furniture branded by Pagani, custom lighting, and high-
