Evera has two projects in Dubai.

Olivo Park Residence, Jumeirah Village Circle

A ten-storey block in District 10, set out as basement, ground, two podium levels and ten residential floors. It holds 114 semi-furnished apartments in one and two-bedroom sizes, from 750 to 2,675 sq ft.

Each home includes smart home controls and appliances from leading Italian and German brands. Twelve apartments occupy each floor, eight of them one-bedroom units. Three parking levels serve the block, along with a pool, a children's pool, a gym, a sauna, a steam room and a barbecue area. A retail market and further shops occupy the ground floor. Al Khail Road and Sheikh Mohammed Bin Zayed Road are both within easy reach. Schools, parks and shops lie a short walk away.

Galleria Residences, Dubai South

A G+4 boutique block in a quieter district of the city, and one growing quickly. The design pairs modern lines with careful finishing and the same smart home systems used at Olivo Park. Tall windows draw daylight deep into each apartment and keep the rooms bright and open.

The site lies close to parks, community centres and shopping. New roads and services in Dubai South support the scheme, and handover is set for the fourth quarter of 2027. The combination of size, finish and location suits residents and investors alike.

Arche Residence, Dubai South

The new launch in Dubai South, Arche Residence is a seven-storey residential building by Evera Real Estate Development Company in Dubai South Residential District, priced from AED 990,000 with handover in Q3 2028.
