Dubai Investments is known for creating and handling several of the world’s famous projects in Dubai and elsewhere. Here are some of its biggest developments:
Mirdif Hills: The Mirdif Hills development contains 1,054 apartments, a four-star hotel, 128 serviced apartments, and a shopping mall. It covers 3.9 million square feet, bordering Mushrif Park. There are three areas - Janayen, Nasayem, and Al Multaqa, which builders finally completed in two stages. ‘Vertical Villas,’ designed exclusively for modern dwellings, are also part of the scheme and were completed in 2020.
Dubai Investments Park (DIP): DIP consists of three major divisions: an industrial area, a commercial area, and seven housing areas over 2,300 hectares adjacent to Jebel Ali. DIP includes many sub-communities like the Green Community, Ewan Residences, Ritaj, and Dunes Village, with choices from villas to apartments. The area has schools, hotels, and business facilities serving both residents and companies. Recent milestones include the inauguration of a 1.2MW solar power plant in RITAJ and the acquisition of the 7 Central logistics hub by Aldar Properties.
Janayen Avenue: You’ll find Janayen Avenue in the Mirdif Hills development. It offers high-end residential buildings. This project focuses on eco-friendly and comfortable living spaces within a busy community. Completed in 2019, it features one-to four-bedroom apartments and duplexes inspired by French architect Le Corbusier’s concept of ‘Immutable Villa.’
Ritaj: It is a gated community in Dubai Investments Park. It has 11 buildings of six stories with more than 2,000 apartments: studios, 1 bedroom and 2 bedroom units, as well as three-bedroom units. It offers swimming pools, gardens, and a center for residents with different amenities. This project started in 2008 and was completed in 2013.
Al Multaqa Avenue: This finished project in Dubai has homes and businesses, making it comfortable and easy to use.
Azayez Al Barsha: The 19-floor apartment complex is situated on Al Barsha 1. The building offers 278 units, from studios to 1 and 2 bedroom apartments. The project will be completed in November 2020. Parking space covers four floors, and shop space with seven stores totaling 22,000 square feet accompany the main building.
Nasayem Avenue: Nasayem Avenue lies in the middle of Mirdif Hills and comprises several types of houses. These include 3 and 4 bedroom duplexes and two- and three-bedroom apartments all designed to foster a sense of community. This is next to a community garden, and it was constructed from November 2016 to December 2019.
