The Reportage Marlin Icon payment plan gives buyers two options. The normal plan starts with a 10%, 20% or 30% down payment, giving a 5%, 10% or 15% discount, with 1% paid monthly. Handover-linked options include 20/80, or 30/70 with a 5% discount. The investor plan gives 30% off 2 bedroom units and 40% off larger units for full payment within 3 months. The 4 retail units have separate terms. In retail, the investor plan gives a 25% discount when paid within 12 months and the normal plan needs a 30% down payment, gives a 15% discount and moves to 1% a month after that.
