Kalpesh Kinariwaha the founder of affordable and luxury development provider Pantheon Development has recently declared its expansion with Ras Al Khaimah. In this collaboration, Pantheon Development is going to take over four plots in Ras Al Khaimah developed by Marjan to offer mixed-use properties worth DH1 billion.
After the signing ceremony of Pantheon Development and Marjan, Kalpesh informed that Ras Al Khaimah would be designated as an ideal destination for investors after this investment. The development of RAK central would further positively impact the economic growth of Ras Al Khaimah.
Additionally, this investment by Pantheon Development also marks its initial presence in the Northern Emirates. This also suggests that Pantheon Development has expanded its hands outside Dubai for the first time with this investment as all other projects of Pantheon Development were developed in Jumeirah Village Circle.
Additionally, with this expansion, Pantheon Development will enhance their portfolio where a DH2 billion residential project is set to hit the floors by this year and DH1 billion a previous project spread over an area of 1.3 million square feet which is delivered on time to the investors. Therefore, Pantheon Development marked their collaboration with Marjan with the help of a signing ceremony with Abdulla Al Abdouli, CEO of Marjan.
In Ras Al Khaimah Central, Pantheon Development is going to develop commercial offices, residential towers, retail stores, and hotels to go hand in hand with economic goals and strategic urban development of Ras Al Khaimah. “We consider our association with Marjan as a significant step in our growth strategy, as it contributes to further building up Ras Al Khaimah’s reputation as an investment destination, catalyzing the Emirate’s prospects further” Kalpesh Kinariwala stated adding more by saying he is proud on Pantheon Development to offer Innovation and excellence through their significant actions.
