MAG Ventures into Dubai’s Prime Real Estate with Keturah Residences in Downtown Dubai

MAG, a big real estate company in the UAE, recently bought land in Downtown Dubai. They paid AED 350 million ($95.2 million) for it. The company is planning to build a new place for people to live, all part of their special Keturah brand.

Before this, MAG did well with their other Keturah projects – Keturah Reserve and Keturah Resort. Talal Moafaq Al Gaddah, the Senior Executive Vice Chairman, is super excited about this. He says  “The success of Keturah Reserve and Keturah Resort shows how much people like the Keturah brand.” It proves that lots of people in Dubai want to buy homes from them.

So, this new land buy is a big deal for MAG. It’s a chance for them to create another amazing place for people to live, just like they did with Keturah Reserve and Keturah Resort. Al Gaddah further highlighted the pivotal role played by such acquisitions in meeting the escalating demand from both investors and prospective homeowners. “Dubai’s real estate landscape is evolving dynamically, calling for strategic acquisitions like this to cater to the influx of discerning investors and buyers,” he added.

The forthcoming project, Keturah Downtown, poised to be an epitome of sophistication and luxury, is strategically positioned within the vibrant tapestry of Downtown Dubai, recognized for its cosmopolitan allure and strategic significance. Al Gaddah reaffirmed the company’s commitment to crafting another distinctive masterpiece that aligns seamlessly with the city’s esteemed locale.

While shedding light on the existing Keturah developments, Al Gaddah reiterated the essence of Keturah Reserve, a sprawling AED3 billion ($816 million) luxury residential project nestled in Meydan. Boasting a meticulously curated blend of 114 four-bedroom townhouses, 10 five-bedroom townhouses, 467 apartments spanning one to four bedrooms, and 69 plots of land primed for signature villas, Keturah Reserve is a testament to transformative living facilitated through innovative spatial design. The completion of construction is anticipated in the first half of 2025.

He also illuminated the exclusivity and allure of Keturah Resort, an enclave of tranquility embraced by the serene waters of the creek. With only 12 opulent waterfront mansions and select creekside residences, Keturah Resort symbolizes luxury, well-being, and serenity.
