Key Mavens To Launch AED300 Million Montage Project In Dubai

Dubai-based real estate developer Key Mavens is going to launch its new residential project called Montage. The project will have a total cost of AED 300 Million.

The montage will be located along the scenic Dubai Creek in the Al Jaddaf District. It will feature luxury residential units at competitive prices.

Munthir Al Ali, Chairman of Key Mavens Development, announced the new project at the company’s annual Iftar event last week. He said Montage will tap into strong demand for well-priced housing along the Creek.

Al Ali noted the Dubai property market has rebounded since 2021. He expects further growth until 2026, aided by Expo 2020’s legacy and Dubai’s appeal for global real estate investors.

Key Mavens’ portfolio includes mixed-use projects and malls across Dubai. Its latest completed project is The Terraces on Marassi Drive in Business Bay . The company prides itself on delivering quality projects for government and private clients since 2008.

Al Ali revealed Key Mavens has three new Dubai malls in its investment pipeline. These include DSO1 and DSO2 malls in Silicon Oasis.

The chairman said Dubai’s residential rents have nearly doubled since 2020. This reflects the high demand for competitively priced units. He stated foreign buyers make up 90% of sales in some key sectors.

Al Ali expects Dubai real estate to remain attractive to global investors. He cited Dubai’s stability, infrastructure, and business-friendly policies. Russian investors have notably increased activity in Dubai’s property market lately.

The Montage project launch demonstrates developer confidence in Dubai’s mid-market housing segment. Key Mavens seems keen to cater to young professionals and new families seeking affordable homes in waterfront locations.
