Job Overview:
We are seeking a highly capable and experienced Finance Manager to oversee our corporate finance functions. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing cash flow, maintaining strong banking relationships, strategizing funding plans, and contributing to the company’s overall financial health and business strategy.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage corporate finance activities including capital structuring and financial risk analysis.
- Develop and maintain detailed cash flow forecasts to ensure liquidity and working capital efficiency.
- Handle bank relations, including loan negotiations, facility management, and compliance.
- Participate in strategic decision-making for business growth, profitability, and financial health.
- Prepare funding proposals and execute funding strategies aligned with organizational goals.
- Support investment analysis, budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning.
Collaborate with internal departments to align financial objectives with business goals. - Ensure compliance with UAE regulations, audit requirements, and internal financial controls.
Requirements:
- Chartered Accountant (CA) is mandatory.
- 4–5 years of experience in corporate finance or financial management.
- Strong knowledge of cash flow management, banking operations, and funding strategies.
- Experience working with banks and financial institutions in the UAE preferred.
- Strong analytical, communication, and strategic thinking skills.
- Proficiency in financial modeling and MS Excel.
