UAE real estate firm Ajmal Makan has reached an impressive milestone, completing 85% of its premier projects, Blue Pearls and Blue Waves, in the expansive Ajmal Makan City – Sharjah Waterfront development.

He added, “The company also declared that the construction is going at a perfect pace, and most of the residential units in ‘Blue Waves’ are sold out, and buyers have also claimed the majority in Blue Pearls.” Works on the projects, initially scheduled for handover in Q4 2024, are now anticipated to be completed by the first quarter of 2025.
