Melograno Yards by Beyond in City of Arabia, Dubai

Melograno Yards by Beyond is the largest residential cluster within The Yards, Beyond's first inland master community, located in City of Arabia, DubaiLand. Spread across three buildings, it is set to deliver around 1,205 homes, which is close to 77% of the 1,560 residences planned for the entire masterplan.

The residences are designed for modern family living, with contemporary interiors, open-plan living areas and private balconies overlooking landscaped courtyards. Residents can look forward to the kind of facilities found across Beyond communities, such as swimming pools, a fitness centre, children's play areas and shaded outdoor lounges, all set within a secure, gated environment.

The name continues a Mediterranean orchard theme. Arancia, Italian for orange, was the first phase of The Yards with 272 homes in three low-rise buildings. Melograno, Italian for pomegranate, now takes the community to its next and much larger stage, carrying the same warm, garden-led design language into a bigger neighbourhood.

Behind the project is Beyond, the premium brand of OMNIYAT Group, working through its subsidiary Peninsula Torin Real Estate Development. After launching its first coastal masterplan, Beyond chose City of Arabia for an AED 4 billion community where 70% of the land is open landscape and daily life is centred on a 1 km green spine.
