About Jumeirah Park

Jumeirah Park is a large master-planned community. It is located between two main roads - Sheikh Mohammed Bin Zayed Road and Al Khail Road. The region is close to famous communities like the Jumeirah Islands, Jumeirah Lake Towers, Dubai Marina, and Emirates Living.

Nakheel Properties launched this project in 2006. It was conceptualized as a villa community catering to households seeking out spacious houses surrounded by nature. The overall design focuses on open spaces with over 60% of the full area committed to landscaping.

Construction was completed in phases from 2008 to 2013. Currently, the community is almost fully developed except for a few open residential plots. It has 9 districts or sub-groups, creatively named from District 1 to District 9.
